The purpose of this list service is to share the latest information about senior safety, including fall prevention, pedestrian and motor vehicle safety, and prevention of elder abuse. Updates will include: - Best practices that have been identified to showcase safe aging initiatives. - Resources for public health professionals and others who work with older adults and their caregivers on issues of safety. - Upcoming events on senior safety. Using Safeaging
This is an Announcement Only listserv. Therefore, subscribers will not be able to post messages. If you have questions or comments please send an email to safeaging@mailman.sdsu.edu. You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below.
Subscribing to Safeaging
Subscribe to Safeaging by filling out the following form. You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you. This is a hidden list, which means that the list of members is available only to the list administrator. Your email address:   Your name (optional):   You may enter a privacy password below. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext. If you choose not to enter a password, one will be automatically generated for you, and it will be sent to you once you've confirmed your subscription. You can always request a mail-back of your password when you edit your personal options. You will not need the password to view the listserv announcements.
