The main goal of the Graduate School of Public Health Alumni mailing list is to promote and expand valuable relationships that already exist among GSPH alumni, faculty and current students. By subscribing to this mailing list you will help the GSPH: - Inform you of special upcoming events of interest, including educational seminars, alumni social events, and graduation/awards ceremonies. - Improve and strengthen communication between alumni and current students concerning job and internship opportunities in promoting public health. - Promote more regular communication between GSPH faculty and alumni concerning a variety of other opportunities. This could include guest lecturing in your specialized areas of expertise, and nominating faculty and alumni colleagues for special awards. - Build a GSPH Alumni Chapter of the SDSU Alumni Association that will allow us to expand efforts to develop and maintain GSPH alumni services and programs. Alumni electing to subscribe to this mailing list will automatically be informed by e-mail about the opportunity to join a GSPH Alumni Chapter which was officially recognized by SDSU in Fall 2005. By joining the GSPH Alumni Chapter you can expect additional benefits compared to of that simply joining the GSPH mailing list. On the other hand, some may wish to join the GSPH Alumni Chapter but omit themselves from the mailing list. The most economically feasible way for the GSPH to stay in contact with you is by e-mail. Using GsphAlum
To post a message to all the list members, send email to gsphalum@mailman.sdsu.edu. You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below.
Subscribing to GsphAlum
Subscribe to GsphAlum by filling out the following form. You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you. This is a hidden list, which means that the list of members is available only to the list administrator. Your email address:   Your name (optional):   You may enter a privacy password below. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext. If you choose not to enter a password, one will be automatically generated for you, and it will be sent to you once you've confirmed your subscription. You can always request a mail-back of your password when you edit your personal options.
