Welcome to mailman.sdsu.edu, the Academic Affairs ListServer.

Listservs may be requested on mailman.sdsu.edu (via ROHAN Account Coordinator) for Academic Affairs affiliated departments, faculty and staff.

To request a Listserv, email the following information to accounts@rohan.sdsu.edu

• List administrator name
• List administrator phone #
• List administrator email address
• List administrator department
• Name of list (MUST be lowercase, and a maximum of 16 characters)

A list will be created and an email will be sent to the list administrator with the listname and password for managing the list. This email contains the mailing list's administrative functions URL to be used for Membership management, privacy options, moderator options, archives, etc. Listservs are set up by default to be unmoderated, public lists. Email addresses for Listservs will be listname@mailman.sdsu.edu

The email also lists a webpage that users of the mailing list should access. From this webpage users can view archives, post messages, subscribe, or obtain a subscriber list.
